If you requested shuttle transportation, your shuttle will pick you up directly from your accommodation to take you to the church. Please refer to your assigned pickup time and location below, and be ready outside at your scheduled pickup time. Please note there are two separate shuttle routes, and both will begin pickups starting at 2:00 PM. Shuttle Schedule

Katie and Andres met at Florida State University in 2018, where they quickly realized they had a lot in common - mostly their love for pizza, taking goat shots, cheering on the Tampa Bay Lightning, and all things Harry Potter (yes, they've debated their Hogwarts houses more than once). After college, they spent five years in a long-distance relationship, keeping the spark alive through countless facetimes, weekend visits, and way too many countdowns to see each other. They finally closed the distance and moved in together in Michigan, where they now live with their two cats, Moony and Maui (who, let’s be honest, run the house). Over the past seven years, they’ve built a life full of love, laughter, and travel. From the vibrant streets of Japan to the mountains of Switzerland, the romance of Paris, and the colorful charm of Colombia - with many more adventures to come. Through it all, they’ve known they’re soul mates - and now, they can’t wait to celebrate the start of their forever with all of you.

Passports

A valid passport is required for entry into Canada, and it must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the wedding date. Please check your passport and renew it as soon as possible if needed - processing times can be lengthy, especially around holiday periods.

AIRPORT

The closest and most convenient airport to Niagara-on-the-Lake is Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF). Both Southwest and Delta offer direct flights from Tampa.

CAR RENTAL

Guests traveling from the United States will require a vehicle to cross the U.S./Canada border. As this is a holiday weekend, please be sure to book your rental car well in advance. All major rental carcompanies operate out of BUF. While ride-sharing services such as Uber and hotel courtesy shuttles are available in Niagara-on-the-Lake, many wineries, restaurants, and attractions in the area are spread out and not easily accessible without a vehicle. Having a car will provide the most flexibility and ease when moving between events and exploring the region. Transportation will be provided for the wedding day events with details shared closer to the celebration.
